Cran Salad

Fall Salad

Romaine or spring mix lettuce
Suggested toppings:
Red pear
Walnuts, pecans, or candied nuts
Chevré cheese, blue cheese, or Roquefort cheese
Rosemary Croutons
Cranberry Walnut Dark Balsamic
Rosemary olive oil or Greek Kalamata EVOO
Rosemary marinated chicken or flank steak as optional meat add-ons

Layer lettuce and toppings as desired. Drizzle oil and balsamic over it. Add freshly ground pepper if desired and enjoy!
